Head Coach/Director of Football Operations

Roger enters his fourth year as head coach at his alma mater of which he brought home 2 state titles in the past three years. He was a member of the 1992 state championship team and was an all-county running back in 1994. He was named first team All-Atlantic 10 in 1997 at Boston University before transferring to Villanova in 1998. Roger spent 7 years as the Head Coach at The University School of NSU where he won a state championship in 2012. He spent the 2014 season as the Assistant Head Coach at Florida Atlantic University.
