Howard McIntosh

President & CEO at MSE

Howard is the Managing Director of the MSE Group, an international investment and consultancy group focusing on media, sport and entertainment properties, and has had responsibility for the marketing and strategy development of the group since 2009. A former FIFA Development Officer to CONCACAF with specific responsibility for the Southeastern Caribbean, Howard McIntosh is an investment and strategic advisor to a number of private and public-sector entities and an event specialist.

Through his continued contribution to sports and development, acting as Chairman of the Jamaica Football Federation’s Technical Committee, Mr. McIntosh was appointed in 2012 as a FIFA Development Officer to the CONCACAF Confederation to help grow the sport in the region. He is a founding member of the Premier League Clubs’ Association and is a certified FIFA Match Commissioner and Coaching Instructor.
